The place had a quiet atmosphere and they helped with baggage. Our brand-new room was neat and had a hot tub, fresh sheets, and numerous plugs. I was delighted to find that the slices of fresh bread and eggs were better than expected.

The room was well-appointed and modern with a fridge, a writing desk, and ironing facilities.

Everything was very easy, MARVELLOUS location really close to the many nice restaurants, the centre of the Caldera side of Fira where all the resraurants and shops are and all the resraurants and shops are, welcoming staff. The atmosphere created was quiet. Bread and eggs were a stand out.

The room was well-kept and brand-new and offered with unbelievable views. Fresh sheets plus a hot tub were provided. The food was outstanding. The atmosphere of the place was special. the hotel is luxury and amazing and in a marvellous location to the old port. the staff are really kind and very polite and the room is new-fashioned with a hot tub. they have good choice of meals to choose from, the food is outstanding. the services are exceptional, including a heated pool.

The staff here was extremely friendly and helpful with carrying luggage, the breakfast options including breads and eggs were delicious and diverse.

This hotel is very central, perfect for walking around and enjoying the attractions that the city offers. It's also located not far from the main lanes, ensuring convenience for night walks, shops, bars, and the taxi & bus station. The rooms are tastefully decorated with a big flat television and offer an amazing view of the caldera. Additionally, the staff is friendly and the hotel is very clean.

All in all, there's little to complain about.

I loved the charm of the hotel and the warm welcome from the staff. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the beautifully decorated rooms with their own outside jacuzzi, to the breath-taking views of the volcano from the balcony. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, providing excellent service and helpful recommendations for exploring the island. The breakfast served on the balcony with views of the caldera was simply divine.

The hotel left no room for disappointment.
